Sessions are available to be booked online via the Homepage, Services pages, and via telephone. Rebooking services are available in the studio

I offer massage therapy-see modalities on the massage therapy page, manual lymphatic drainage, energy healing sessions, and sound therapy as well.

Children are permitted to receive the following sessions with parent/guardian permission and consent:

• Relaxation Massage: 60 Min. Appointments Only Ages 10-17
• Deep Tissue Massage: 60 Min. Appointments Only Ages 15-17
• Reiki/Sound Reiki: 60 Min. Appointments Only Ages 10-17

Children are not permitted to receive Integrative Cupping or Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Pre and Post-Natal Services are offered. The following are the parameters for receiving massage therapy and manual lymphatic drainage. 

• Prenatal Massage Therapy: Minimum 10 Weeks & OBGYN Clearance
• Post-Natal Massage Therapy: OBGYN Clearance Required First
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage: Post-Natal (C-Section & Natural Birth) After OBGYN Clearance

To experience an optimal session, the following is requested:

• Physical Hygiene: Showered, Clean Clothes (Smoke-Free)
• Minimal Jewelry
• Light/No Makeup & Perfumes
• Loose-Fitting Clothes for Manual Lymphatic Drainage
• First-Time Clients Arrive 15 Minutes Early For Intake Consultation
• Existing Clients Arrive 5 Minutes Prior To Appointment Start Time
• Adequate Hydration Prior To Appointment
• Light, Non-Inflammatory Meals 1 Hour Prior To Appointment
