With over 25 years in massage therapy, I've spent the majority of my career providing medical massage in clinical settings. My focus is rehabilitative bodywork — supporting clients through both past and present injuries — with deep specialization in Medical Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy.

My training spans a wide range of techniques, and I work with a diverse clientele from ages 16 to 90. I offer a variety of modalities tailored to each person, so no two sessions look exactly alike. Alongside traditional massage, I provide energetic services including Sound Healing, Cupping, and Reiki to support the body's natural healing.

As a Certified Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Practitioner, I use this gentle, specialized technique to encourage lymphatic health and detoxification. And as a Sound Healer, I lead both private and group Sound Bath Meditation sessions, inviting clients into deeper states of relaxation and repair.
